Is There Something To Be Worried About The Test Report?

Colour : whitis. total volume : 2.5ml liqufication time : PH : alkaline ttal sperm count : 50 millin / cc Rapid : 70 % sluggish : 20% non Motile :10% Pus cells : 8-10 / hpf RBCs : 2-3 / hpf Epithelial cells : Nil Abnormal : Large head seen was written on report.

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your semen analysis report suggests infection.This is indicated by the presence of pus cells,RBC. Normally there shouldn't be any pus cells in semen.
Infection may be due to prostatitis,UTI etc.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Other investigation like routine hemoram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis should be done.Trans rectal sonography of prostate can be done if needed.
Rest of the findings like count,motility are normal.
