Is There Treatment For Difficulty In Standing And Walking?

helo doc , my brother had gone through an acident in 2007 in which he had cervical fracture of c4,c5,c6 .he had also lost sensation from his abdomin,his had no grip in his hands aiso ,but he had recovered he can control his passage of urin and latrin he can turn side by side ,he can getup by him self, but he can't stand and walk .is ther e any treatement in for such kind of cases
