Is There Treatment For The Irregularity In Sizes Of Hands And Legs?

Hi Doc,
I'm 28 yrs old from Pakistan, had polio when i was 2 ok, now it didn't cause much damage but my right leg and hand were affected slightly i have a bit shorter right leg then my left and hand with three somewhat weak fingers. but i can't move my right sided limbs in real time though they work fine. Is there any cure for me? I'm looking forward to your reply.
