Hello doctor....My periods were irregular from last 3 months....I got ultrasound done there was an oval thin walled anechoic cystic lesion seen in the right ovary measuring 31×27mm in size with no solid component or septae within it.Later on i got my menses and i had very heavy bleeding.after my menses i repeated ultrasound Nd the cyst was gone but the endometrial thickness was 11.6mm.And olso there was mild free fluid seen in pod.I am having pain in my left lower abdomen.please let me know why is it happening ?? Please help me.
Hi, I think you can be having some vaginal infection. Get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist. It will confirm that. You may need some antibiotic and antifungal drugs orally as well as vaginal. It will treat the infection. Hope it helps.
