Is This An Anembryonic Pregnancy With 9mm Gestational Sac?

Hi, this is my 11th ivf cycle (history of thin lining)and my results have been up and down from the start. My HCG levels were very slow to rises at the start but then did what they should have been doing; 10/6 =28, 12/6= 29, 15/6=57, 18/6=200, 20/6=585, 23/6=1797 and 1/7=13000. I had a scan 23/6 which showed 3mm gestational sac and another scan yesterday 1/7 which showed and empty 9mm gestational sac. My dates (transfer 5 day blast 30/5) make no sense in regards to my HCG levels and I seem behind on everything so I m unsure west to think- about everything. Do you think this is an anembryonic pregnancy?

Unfortunately there is a chance that in this situation you have a blighted ovum, but your HCG levels can also seem too high for the size of a gestational sac if you have a multiple gestation, so it is best to wait and see and do more hormone levels and ultrasounds. If a gestational sac measures 2.5 cm and there is no fetal pole or yolk sac visible, then it is most likely a non-viable pregnancy. So with a 9mm sac it is still too early to tell... I hope this answers your question and I also hope with your follow ups you turn out to have a viable pregnancy.
