Is This Behavior Correct?
my boyfriends 9 year old daughter wants her father to rub her back and stomach all the time she pulls her shirt for him to do this, is this correct behavior, she also lays on top of him when he is laying on the couch watching tv and wants him to rub her then too

Kids at an earlier stage want to feel a lot of affection. It makes them feel secure and safe. But if its go to off track , one should probably try to find a reason for it.
