Is This Bleeding An Actual Period And Will There Be Ovulation?

I hav`nt had a period for 6-7 months. The dr induced my period (duphaston)and then put me on my first dose of clomid (50mg)...I had intercourse every 2nd and 3rd but my ovulation tester kept coming up negative. Out of the blue i got my period yeaterday which is 24 days after the 1 st day of my period. Is this a real period Will i ovulate
