Is This Dosage Of Insulin Advisable While Trying To Conceive In A Diabetic?

My underwear is surrounded by ants, I m a diabetic since 2 year, initially I was taking medicine and it was in control and now I m planning fo baby so doc recommended to take insulin, 4 units in morning and 8 in night, I did d test recently, fasting 105 and pp was 170 so I m worried about the ant thing, wat should I do

In diabetics during pregnancy, only drug approved is insulin as other drugs can cause damage to fetus. Please start insulin for sugar control.
