Hello
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

The normal range of TSH levels is 0.4 to 4.0 mUI/L.
This means that your last result (8.4)was upper the normal range and it is suggestive for subclinical hypothyroidism.

I agree with the decision of your treating doctor for the treatement with 25 mcg/day thyronorm. This treatement can normalise the TSH result and is helpful to ease your symptoms.

Your actual TSH result is very near to the upper limit of the normal range and in these circumstances it can not explain any more your lazziness and it not necessary to increase your dosis of thyronorm.

-25 mcg thyronorm /day can be advisable for TSH at 4,8.

But,I suggets to talk with your treating doctor and discudd the right dosis for you, if you need a maintenance dosis of thyronorm or if you should decrease the dosis.(accordingly to the actual TSH result.)

Important note for you:Do not change the dosis of your medication without discussing before with your treating doctor. It can be harmful for you!

Hope i have clarified your doubts.
If you have other questions, feel free and ask.I will be happy to help.
Best regards.
