Is This Normal Of Having Interruptions To Daily Life From Vertigo?

Hi I was wondering if it was common for vertigo to continue interrupting my life for so many months. I was admitted to the the hospital because I wasn t able to lie down without the whole room spinning and this was dec/14 and it hasn t gone away. I am booked too see a neurologist in dec/15.

Having vertigo for long time, naturally interrupt your daily activity and routine as you feel giddy every time you change your posture and head.
Consult ENT or Neurophysician to find out the cause for having vertigo.
