Is This Normal To Feel A Pea Nut Sized Ball Right Between My Testicles ?

hi i can feel a pea nut sized ball right between my testicles it is hard and i can move it around even hold it with my thumbs..im really scared is it tumor.

most probable it will be epididymal cyst , it cant be a tumour as tumour arise from testicle itself and it cant be moved while testis is fixed, consult a surgeon and get a doppler of scrotum and believe me condition is harmless :)
