Hello
Studies suggests that the NORMAL INFERTILITY is associated with sperm counts of > 48 million/mL ( in your case sperm counts are 75 million/mL i.e. tremendous for fertility), with a motility >63 %( while in your case motility is 65 % , again laudable ) with >12 %exhibiting morphology ( 70 % in your case , very nice ) .
Other report or parameters are NON-SPECIFIC but in your case volume , liquiefaction time , viscosity are normal .
So according to this report you are a normal person fit for conception ( to a female ).
Now even after 6 years of pregnancy , your wife is not getting pregnancy .
I recommend get in ultrasound of both ovaries , study of ovulation time , endometrium thickness, size of dominant follicle at the time of maturation.
For all these you can consult an INFERTILITY SPECIALIST and get his opinion.
Good luck.
