Is Throat Pain Post Exposure To Child With HFMD Suggestive Of Infection?

I am freaking out a little bit. I have been exposed to a child at my day care center that had hand foot mouth disease. My throat had been hurting a little since Thursday, and me and husband performed some intimate moments earlier today, including oral on him. I looked at my throat after the occurrence and noticed there were lesions on my tonsils, but no where else on me. I NOW just noticed a red itchy mark on my palm. What can happen to my husband?!?!
