Is Throat Soreness, Diarrhea Signs Of HIV Infection After Unprotected Oral Intercourse?

dear dr. Im a 25 year old male. I recieved an unprotected oral sex from a prostitute 5 days ago. I had no visible cuts on my penis, and the entire process lasted for around 15 seconds. 2 days later i started having diarrhea, and today i woke up with a soar throat. Could these be early signs of hiv infection? I have been really worried and i have lost my sleep for the past few days. What do u recommand me to do? Should i take a course of antiviral treatment? Should i take the early viral load test? Or should i take the standart test after 3 months? Thank u

You asked the answers of few question , but before read this carefully :
Oral sex is a much less efficient mode of transmission. A number of studies have reported the incidence of transmission of infection by oral sex among couples discordant for HIV infection is EXTREMELY LOW ; indeed , one study reported NO cases among 239 men whose only risk was receptive oral intercourse where 28 % knew that their partner was HIV-infected . There are probably many more cases that go unreported because of the frequent practice of both oral as well as receptive anal intercourse by the same person.
Therefore, the assumption that receptive oral sex is completely safe is NOT WARRANTED.
Now answers :
Yes diarrhea, sore throat are most common and early symptoms for HIV infection.
In my opinion you should NOT take any antiviral treatment at now.
Yes get in p24 nucleic acid amplification ( rapid rna ) test as early as possible.
Yes you should also take standard test after 3 months period of time between initial infection ( encounter with prostitute).
