Is Tingling And Numbing In Face Due To Vitamin D Deficiency?

I have been having extremity numbing tingling sometimes up into my face. I also have problems trying to convey what I m thinking and lately the wrong words come to mind. I m extremely fatigued and muscles feel weak. I recently learned I am vitamin D deficient and placed on 50,000 IUs Could these symptoms be the deficiency?

I understand your concern.
Tingling ans numbness in the extremities and face might not be directly caused due to deficiency of vitamin D. Also, you are stating that you feel fatigued and weakness in muscles.
With these symptoms, just Vitamin D supplementation might not help completely.
The reasons for your symptoms could be associated calcium, iron, folic acid and vitamin B12 deficiency.
Hence, kindly supplement the above compounds as well regularly and gradually your symptoms should subside.
