Is Tingling In Vagina A Sign Of An Infection Or Pregnancy?

Have been having vagina tingling which makes me want to pee. Is this related to pregnancy or any form of infection? 'cos av never had "sex", but had a kind of foreplay 2 days ago, which resulted in the plashing of semen around my vagina. I cleaned it up some minutes later.
