Is Tiredness Normal While On Medication For Epilepsy?

I'm on three different medications for my epilepsy (The seizures I experience are partial complex/stare spells) and I'm always tired. When I actually have more energy is right before I go to bed which is right before I take my pills at night. Is feeling groggy and lethargic this common for all or most people who deal/live with epilepsy?
