Is To Take Ecstasy While On Atripla?

i'm hiv positive and have been taking atripla for the past 2 years and am undetectable. last night i did 2 hits of ecstasy and am now feeling the aftermath of it. is it unsafe for me to take my atripla while on my come down? i'm worried if it's going to interact at all with the sustiva in the atripla.
