Hi,
I appreciate your concerns.

These pills are washed off from the body in few days and they do not affect your future fertility. However,

Repeated abortions using these medications is not good for your health. With each abortion you will be losing more blood and this can cause anemia.

Occasionally pregnancy remnant may not be expelled completely. Though rare infection may occur in it and this can be dangerous to your health and can affect your future fertility.

MEDICAL ABORTION IS NOT A METHOD OF CONTRACEPTION. If you wish to postpone pregnancy, discuss with your doctor and start using effective contraception like hormonal contraception or get an intrauterine devise fitted in.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries do write to me. I will be happy to answer.

Hi,
yes, it is not recommended for any women to undergo more than 3 abortions. You need a permanent, effective and reliable method of contraception.
I would advise you to consider Intrauterine contraceptive device like copper T as they are effective for a up to 8 years and are reversible and do not contain hormones.
Other method such as progesterone implants, progesterone injections are also available which are long acting reversible methods.
The other option is oral contraceptive pill.
You need to discuss these with a gynecologist and get an effective method to prevent any more unwanted pregnancies.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
