Hello,

Yes, you can extract your tooth but first should stabilize your blood pressure.

If you do not take anti-hypertensive medications, then, there are 2 main things you should do:
- discuss with your cardiologist if you can benefit from starting antihypertensive meds but should stop breastfeeding
- continue breastfeeding, but continue with home remedies to stabilize bp : lemon juice, parsley tea, basil, cinnamon, garlic, flaxseed, ginger, cardamon, celery seeds.

For the toothache can safely use:
- rinse with salt water
- apply cold compresses
- peppermint tea bags, etc.

Discuss this with your cardiologist and decide the best for you after getting a complete cardiac check up.

All the best.
