Is Topcid Safe During Enlargement Of Spleen?

My self is a heart patient taking medicine properly. But now a days in ultra sound there is a slightly enlargement of spleen. Moreover, my-self is also a IBS, plz suggest topcid 20 is good for me. Plz do note that Razo-10 has lots of side effects that is why I left it recently after regularly consuming last 2 yerars
