Is Total Laryngectomy Advisable For Throat Cancer?

Greetings, I have this situation. First it was a tongue cancer,on the root of tongue actually. The cancer got on left lymph node which has Been removed. My teeth and tongue has Been taken out and My tongue has Been put back. After operation I have Been using radiotherapy. It s Been four years since that cancer. Now I have a throat cancer and it is big one.I lost a lot of weight. I am 1,75 meters high and have only 59 kilograms.My doctor don t recommend chemotherapy and since My whole mouth has Been exposed to radiotherapy they don t recommend that either. My tongue is out of function. I can t swallow nothing and not even My saliva. They are going to do total laryngectomy so My larynx is going to be taken out. I am a male smoker and I can t say I don t drink. I m going to be 61 this year. I would be thankfull if you could say your opinion, how complicated it is,how treateable it is....and how much life could I get after this. Please help me
