Is Toxic Goiter Treated With Strumazol And Propanolol Drugs?

my tsh is 0.07 and my doctor prescribed11/2 strumazol (10 mg) once a day and propanolol ( 10 mg) 3x a day as needed, can this prescription will help cure fast my toxic goiter, am an employee and at the same time been busy doing my thesis, i just want to be bother free with this. thanks
