Is Traveling By Bus Or Car Safe During Pregnancy?

Hello Doctor, My wife is pregnant and 2 months willbe completed to this 29th November and enter into 3 months. We want to go to tour (Munnar, Kerala) from Telangana. We will go by bus to Bangalore and from there by car to munnar, Kerala. Is it safe to travel in this time of pregnancy? Please give me a suggestion.
