Is Traveling Safe While Having Low Placenta-grade-1 With 4 Inches Away From Cervix?

Hello Dr. Chawla, I am 21 weeks pregnant with my second child (first child was via c-section). The latest scan shows low placenta - Grade 1 with 4 inches away from cervix (?). I ve to travel by train in another couple of days (overnight journey) and return on the 2nd day again by train (sitting - shatabdi). Would you recommend I take up this trip or cancel it?

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
As per the details you have posted, it is better you avoid travelling. Not only because if placental position, also it will cause physical and mental fatigue, which may complicate things.
