As per the guideline HbA1c >6.5 is Diabetes. Fasting more than 125 is diabetes.
Its a good thing that you are walking for 35 mins. One thing you can do to confirm your diabetes status is to go for a GTT (Glucose Tolerance Test) This will tell you exactly if you are in prediabetes or diabetes.
