General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

If there is any colour change, a biopsy is mandatory it can be a sign of a melanoma. Consult a general surgeon and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
