Is Treatment Required For Non Itchy Small Bumps On Stomach?

My 7 year old son has had a rash for 7 days now. We were at the beach last week, which is where it started. Tiny red bumps on his face, shoulders, and chest; not itchy. I assumed heat rash. Today, we are back home, and the rash is no longer where it was, but there are tiny bumps on his stomach with scabs on them. Again, not itchy. I m not too concerned, but wondering if a trip to the pedi is necessary.

Hi,
It seems that this problem might be due to heat and ocean water.
now he is cured, nothing toworry.
Apply Vaseline or some moisturizing lotion on affected part.
Ok and take care.
