Is Treatment Required For The Following Semen Analysis Report?

Dr,in my seman analysis volume=1ml,appearance = grayish white,liquefaction=15mts,viscosity=normal ,ph=8.0,sperm count=93 m,leucocytes=2-3/hpf,rapid prograssive=00%,slow progressive=31%,non progressive=32%,immotile=37%,normal forms=8-10%.do I need to go for any treatments to make a baby.

Understand your concern
Compare your semen report with normal semen analysis:
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________1 ml____low
Apperance:whitis to greyish_____________grayish___normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________15 __normal
PH: alkali_____________________8__normal
Total Sperm count:40-300 million________93 million__normal
Progressive motility: =>32%___________________slight low
Morphology: 4% or more_________8 _____normal

So you have low volume and low rapid progressive sperm.
I advice you to consult the urologist for proper treatment and undergo Color dopler USG scan , sperm culture, CBC and ESR.
Take high protein diet, fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables, antioxidant rich almonds and Co Q.
Tablet clomiphene citrate, avoid stress, do regular exercise and yoga daily.
So take proper advice from the urologist.
