Presence of increased pus cells in the urine indicates urinary tract infection. In your kid's report, pus cells are plenty. Please go for one more test called urine culture and sensitivity before starting antibiotic therapy.
Please consult general physician or pediatrician and based on the above said report, antibiotic course is prescribed. In your query, it is evident that your child is suffering from recurrent UTI. So please do culture and sensitivity tests.
