Is Twitching Nose And Lip After Removal Of Brain Tumor Concerning?

Hi there I previously had a brain tumor removed last year, and for about a month now have been experiencing pain where my tumor was removed and now I have a twitching that started in the middle of my nose, and has now spread to my left lip. Could this be related to my brain tumor?
