Is Twitching Of Lips An Effect Of HCG Fusion Drops ?

i took the hcg fusion drops for 3 days and my lip started twuching so i stopped the drops and the next day it had stoped. do you think that was what caused my lip to twich ? it has vit -b-12 in it i was told that vit-b-12 could have caused it. do you think i could try it again? i have thyoid probblems. and also take zoloft for panic attacks.. shoul i try the reg.hcg w/o vit -b- 12
