Is Ultrasound Showing Gravid Uterus With Single Intrauterine Gestation Normal?

27 Weeks pregnany Ultrasound scan report says: Gravid Uterus with single intrauterine gestation noted. Transeverse lie with active fetal movements Cardiac acitivity seen, regular Amniotic fluid Adequate placenta is fundal posterior position ans shows grade 0 maturity BPD 66mm - 26 wks HC 244 mm - 26 wks AC 215 mm - 26 wks FL 49 mm - 26 wks Doctor, please tell is it normal?

Hello,

The pelvic ultrasound is normal. The lie is transverse implying that the baby is lying in transverse position. At the time of delivery, attempts will be made to correct the lie else emergency caesarean delivery may be required.
