Is Uncomfortable Feeling While Breathing With Pulled Muscle In Neck After A Fall Serious?

I was showering and i slipped and bumped my heart against the tub. and i started to freak out because now it feels like theres something wrong with my heart and breathing. Also i might of pulled something on the back of my neck. Im just worried if i might of hurt something in my body or if i was just going crazy. Help!
