Hello and welcome to HCM,
Multiple sexual partners will not lead to urinary incontinence.
However, multiple partners can lead to sexually transmitted infections like HIV, syphilis, gonorrhoea, etc.
Urinary incontinence is associated with urinary bladder and nerves controlling the bladder.
I suggest you to get urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
In addition, I suggest you to consult an urologist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to determine the cause of urinary incontinence.

Thanks and take care
