Is Using Dettol Safe To Treat Wart In Clitoris?

i think i have a wart just above the clitoris. Sometimes itching and irritation happens. i used undiluted/neat dettol on that and had the burning sensation. its been three days now i have been using dettol. Dettol contains chloroxylenol. that specific area appears white now and skin peels off. what should i do now? is it safe to use neat Dettol on that sensitive area? please suggest

its me Dr Ashraf, dettol is not definitive treatment for warts, if it is v small some ointment might be effective, better u consult dematologist.....u need to cautrization. thnx
