Is Using Melacare Cream That Contains Hydroquinone, Mometasone And Tretinoin Safe While Breastfeeding An Infant?

Hi I want to use skin whetening cream which is melacare cream it contains Hydroquinone, Mometasone and Tretinoin but I m breastfeeding mom my baby is 21 months old right now can I use that cream regularly only on my face is it safe or not or it s impact on my baby through breast milk please answer me please
