Is Using Smooth E And Dermovate Together Safe?

I have friction burn on the head of my Penis. Have been using an aloe, Vitamin E mix called Smooth E. Was hoping to speed up recovery using Dermovate cream 0.05%. Want to know if it s safe. Was planning to use overnight after applying Smooth E. Any advice?

I want to know if you are sure that it is just a friction injury and not a yeast infection because they are much similar. They both cause discomfort, pain. Do a swap before applying any cream.

If you result in having a friction wound using vitamin E and aloe Vera is a good idea.
