Is Using Lemonade For Skin Before Shower Advisable?

Hi my name is Cathy from Kenya i have just been recommended by a dermatologist to use demelan for spot removal and use Nivea Sunscreen SPF30 everyday now a i want to use lemonade everyday inthe morning for cleansing before taking a shower and i don t know if adviceable. Please advice. Thanks

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Using lemonade is not advisable for the condition you have described.
As lemonade contains ascorbic acid, it might cause adverse reaction on skin and cause skin burns and worsen your scars.
Hence, it would be better avoided. Instead you can use cleansing solution of which its pH is balanced to neutral.
Kinly follow the medications as advised by your dermatologist.
