Is Vaginal Bleeding During 17 Weeks Of Pregnancy A Serious Cause For Concern?

I M ON MY 17 WEEKS OF PREGANANCY AND my PELVIC UTZ said i had posterior grade 0 completely covering the cervical os. just yesterday, i travelled abt 4 hours and i had a little strong bleeding then regress to spotting now, along with this experience, i also feel pelvic pain, abdomen contraction and leg cramps. i haven t consulted my OB but im worried abt me and my baby while at work.
