Is Vaginal Bleeding Mandatory Post Intake Of I Pill?

Hello. I had unprotected sex with my fiancé on the last of my periods I.e. 28th March early in the morning. I had an I pill that very day in the night. When do I expect to get the bleeding because of the pill? Also, if I do not bleed does it mean in pregnant?

Hello,

It is not necessary to bleed after taking an I pill. As you have taken it the very same day, it is very effective in preventing pregnancy. Bleeding occurs when you take abortion pills after getting pregnant. It doesn't mean you got pregnant if you don't bleed after taking an I pill. So, relax most likely you won't get pregnant as you have had an I pill promptly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
