Is Vaginal Bleeding With Clots Indicative Of A Miscarriage?

My 23 year old daughter in law thinks she has miscarried, she has quite a bit of clotting and blood, is it important to go to be seen immediately, or is this something that can wait till Monday, as her doctors office is closed? I cant explain why , but she is afraid to go to the emergency room????

Hello daughter don't be afraid doctors are your friends! Regarding your daughters experience with vaginal clots with blood I am suggesting she has developed a condition called menorralgia due to the following differential diagnosis

Uterine fibroid
Endometriosis
Adenomyosis
Hormone inbalance
Coagulopathy
Miscarriage

In view of this please let her do the following test
Pelvic scan
Pregnancy test
Coagulation profile test
Hormone profile test

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription

Meanwhile please take the following pending her appointment
Tablet ergomentrine
Multivitamin
Hematinics
