Is Vaginal Discharge And Itching A Sign Of Infection?

I am currently experiencing symptoms of a uti the day after those symptoms started, I starting having other symptoms as well. There s a slight redness to my labia and my clitoris. There is also itching, inside my vagina and clitoris. I have no abnormal discharge. I have never had a yeast infection so I m not sure if that s what it is. But I have also never had these symptoms along with a uti. Please help!!
