Is Vaginal Spotting,cramps And Sensitive Breast Sign Of Pregnancy?

I have not had a period since June 26, 2010. I took a home pregnancy test on July 15, 2010 and it said negative. I have had most of the pregnancy symptoms so far. Including morning sickness every time I wake up, small bumps all around my nipples, sensitive breast. Increase in sex drive, increase in vaginal discharge. I have had no bleeding or spotting until today October 6, 2010. I went to the restroom and when I wiped I noticed very light spotting. I have not spotted since but, I was experiencing light cramps now and then. Please help.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

You had done pregnancy test too early at first time.
Usually urine card test positive (if conception occurred) ten days after delayed period..

You should repeat pregnancy test with USG also...

Excess stress, excess exercise, prolonged fasting can lead delayed period

If you are obese weight needs to be reduced

Rule out thyroid and diabetes also by serum TSH and RBS...

According to cause further specific treatment given

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination
