i think i maybe pregnant after intercoure with my boyfriend the right side of my vagina is majorily swollen and i have been having cramps in my abdominal area and back i have also been sleeping alot more and my last period came after six months of not having one and was short and light not like i usually have i usually have long and heavy

If unprotected intercourse history present and if periods are delayed than pregnancy should be ruled out by.....
-Transvaginal USG and
-HCG estimation in urine or blood
If pregnancy not there than here hormonal or other specific gynecological problem needs to be ruled out...
Along with USG pelvic examination will be useful....
If hormonal imbalance suspected than hormonal profiling done
Rule out thyroid problem also by serum TSH estimation...
