Is Valsartan The Right Medication For Cough?

I am taking 75mg metotropol am,20mg lisinopril hctz25 am and 75mg metotrol pm,20 mg lisinopril and 1 mg Cardura. Have a cough and doc wants to switch me to valsartan hctz 25 mg instead of the two lisinopril. My bottom number blood pressure is always 50 or 60. what is your opinion?

Lisinopril is one of the anti-hypertensive that produces cough so your physician is swapping it with other anti-hypertensive. Valsartan doesn't produce cough.
