Is Varying Period And Pain Related To Ovulation To Something Else?

age 32 yrs, ht: 5'4".weight 53kg

i;ve always had period pain & take ponstan/brufen. but still have to rest for a day or two. periods last 10days since beginning.was treated for endometriosis, in dec'10 had laprscopic surgery to remove chocolate cyst in right ovary, endometrial polyp in uterus & adhesions, tubes were blocked. took zoladex injection for 3 month (jan, feb, mar). tube test was fine after that. period was due 1st week april, however before that had severe pain & couldnt sit up would double up for an hour or so til it would go away. vaginal swab, urine test was all clear. ultrasound was also ok, doc said only remains of cyst in right ovary which ws drained & it would go away with time. had normal period (my cycle has always been 10days period). had next period after 28days cycle in 1st week May. had next period earlier: after 21 day cycle from 28 May to 6 june. now since 3days have terrible pain again lower right side, similar to the one before my 1st period after surgery. there's burning after urination. feeling of urination but no need to urinate when i goto the toilet. i think if i go for urine/vaginal tests again it ll be normal. is there any other reason for this pain. is it ovulation related?
