Is Vertigo And Dizziness Normal After Cataract Surgery?

I ve worn glasses all my life as my vision was very poor. I ve now had cataract surgery for both eyes and the eye that I ve had y most sight in has given me fantastic vision but I m finding, at day three, I m still having dizzy and vertigo feelings. Is this normal.

certain problem you have to adjust post surgery. accomodation is not posible after surgery. there may be anisometropia. so there may be problem with binocularity. both eye should be examined in view of present complaintreatment for vertigo may be started. ear examination specialy middle ear to be tested for nerve and conduction deafness.
