General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Fluid retention is not a normal post-operative sequence of hysterectomy.

She must be evaluated with complete blood count report and ultrasound examination of the abdomen & pelvis to fix the issue and prevent secondary bacterial infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
