Is Wearing Tight Underwear's Or Briefs Hazardous ?

I have a question about young boys sleeping in briefs and or pajamas at night and health problems in the future. I thought I heard once that wearing close fitting under ware raised the temperature around the testicles and this could cause problems later. Is this true?

Hello,
You have correct cause for concern.Tight underwear increases the temperture and later may problems like testicular problems.Its always advisable to wear loose clothing while sleeping to allow maximum air circulation.If the garments arent too tight then it should be ok.
